What? [You’ll be doing] 
As a Data Trainee, you’ll work within our growing multi disciplinary data team, comprising of 12 other eager, bright and enthausiastic specialists. Within 6 months we will teach you a whole variety of data techniques. We believe in learing by doing but there is also a lot of time for training in both hard and soft skills. Our goal is to bring you up to speed as quick as possible and to explore your personal data sweet spot.

Some of the responsibilities [but not limited to;]
- Your main responsibility is act like a sponge, learn a lot from your colleagues, but also to drop you own thoughts and ideas.
- You become a full member of our fast-growing Data team.
- You’ll work in small teams on Engineering projects for innovative Dutch based clients, some of them also have online business abroad.
- You will help your colleagues with there client projects with a wide variety of tasks.
- Based upon your skills you will get the responsibility of specific parts of the projects.
- Your last responsibilty is to have fun and enjoy the ride!
- When after 6 months there is a match from both sides, we love continuing having you on board at our grow growing ship!
Within 1 month you'll:
- Finish the Relevant Online onboarding program, in which you will understand how Relevant Online work, get a helicopter view of the tech stack, be trained in our approach and start with your training in the area of analytics and data visualisation.
- We are specialists and like to focus on our but working together with both colleagues and clients also asks for soft skill training. This will also be taking into account from the start of traineeship.
- Within 2 weeks you will contribute to your first client projects!
Within 2 months you'll:
- Have touch upon a width variety of techniques and concepts already like understand how websites are build (javscript, CSS), tracking is set up (f.e. datalayer, GTM, GA4) and data is stored (f.e. Google BigQuery).
- Also be able to query around in the different data sources available at client side (with f.e. SQL and or Python).
- Had multiple feedback moments with your project team before and after client meetings, and during training sessions to help you to improve your technical, consulting and project management skills.
Within 6 months you'll
- Be able to connect the dots of the data infrastructures that we build to serve our clients. Of course the more complex setups needs time to manage yourself.
- Be able to explain and start to use concepts like Terraform, GCP, Docker and Git.
- Understand that working together on data infrastructure askes for concepts like code reviews, deployment processes and documentation.
- You’ll identify tools / languages / methods / and techniques that suits you the best.
- Understand were your interest touches upon the most and you are ready to choose your erea of expertise in the world of data.
- Help out colleagues with their questions :-)!
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- You are open, direct, ambitious, pragmatic and proactive and you like to work in small teams for innovative clients.
- You are eager to learn and develop yourself.
- You are fluent in both English and are eligible to work in The Netherlands
Preferred Qualifications: 
- You have participated in a data crash course already
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master degree
