Who has influenced you the most when it comes to how you approach your work?

Since we started Relevant Online Wout has been an extremely valuable sparring partner. We both have different strengths and he always  manages to inspire and motivate me.

What energizes you at work?

Happy colleagues, happy clients and our amazing coffee.

I am responsible for office and operations, which means I make sure everyone has everything they need to have a nice work day. But I also help with the operations around projects and clients, make sure that everything runs smoothly.

What energizes you at work?

Making fun of each other when we have lunch or friday afternoon drinks ;)

What’s your biggest work pet peeve?

No fresh air.

What do you do at Relevant Online and in what circumstances would I come to you for something?

I doa all kind of tasks related to marketing, finance and office management.

Who has influenced you the most when it comes to how you approach your work?

My parents, they are very organised and hard-working people, they teached me indirectly how to be self-motivated and work efficiently.

What’s a work-related accomplishment that you’re really proud of?

I’m really proud of being in the Netherlands to have a job where I can add value and feel good at it.

I implement solutions like server-side tagging and set up dataflows between websites, Google Tag Manager, and cloud platforms. I know a tiny bit of everything, with a primary focus/interest on Cloud and networking.

What’s your most-used productivity hack?

I like to read up on network vulnerabilities and famous hack attempts in-between tasks. (It’s inspiring in a weird way).

Who has influenced you the most when it comes to how you approach your work (and why)? 

My colleagues at Relevant Online: I started working here as an intern and in the span of several months I learned a lot from them and they helped me grow on both a professional and personal level, involving me in different aspects of their projects. 

What do you do at Relevant Online and in what circumstances would I come to you for something?

Optimizing tracking setup and executing tagging using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics platforms. I can help with setting up and maintaining data collection solutions.

What’s your most-used productivity hack?

Writing tasks down and crossing them out when I’m done.

What energizes you at work?

Good music and sun outside.

As a Data Engineer, I strive to help you prepare your data for analytical and operational uses by gathering it from different sources and organizing it. And as a full-stack web developer, you can also come to me with any questions regarding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and Django.

What energizes you at work?

Moving forward constantly.

Taking a walk outside and refreshing my mind before it’s overloaded.

What do you do at Relevant Online?

Setting up server-side tagging infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform using Terraform, as well as, deploy extract, transform, load (ETL) pipelines for producing data warehouses. I have experience and knowledge in data science, engineering, and tracking and tagging.

Working with a team who are passionate about their work.

Having something to look forward to at the end of a workday day, such as going to a concert or meeting up with friends

I work as a Data Engineer on Google Cloud Platform and build Machine Learning Models for clients who want to predict user behaviour online. You can come to me with questions about model development and evaluation, Python, and distributed processing with Spark

My family because they get the bigger picture and focus on what’s more important

Web tracking and tagging solutions using Google Tag Manager and Google Tools aiming to identify insights and meet customer needs. Also have experience and deep knowledge in data science, statistics, mathematics and coding.

What energizes you at work?

Listening to music and eating lots of snacks.

Who has influenced you the most when it comes to how you approach your work (and why)?

My father. He taught me to create value in my projects and never be afraid to showcase my work.

What do you do at Relevant Online and in what circumstances would I come to you for something?

I am a data engineer with a focus on cloud development and data science. You can come to me with questions about Python, Google Cloud, Terraform and Docker.

What energizes you at work?

Finishing up a task and seeing that the client likes what I created.

Divide big tasks into smaller bite sized tasks, this makes it easier to keep moving forward.

What do you do at Relevant Online?

I am currently an intern here at Relevant Online. While I am here I will be working on a Proof of Concept for a Dataflow project. So I will mostly be working with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, pub-sub, etcetera. 

What energizes you at work?

When I finally find a solution for a problem that I have been stuck on for a while. That gives me a big motivational boost.

What’s your biggest work pet peeve (=irritation)?

People who complain about other people that are not working while they are not doing anything themselves either.

What do you do at Relevant Online and in what circumstances would I come to you for something?

I am working on internal changes on the website and the front-end. So if you need something changed about the Relevant Online’s site you need me.

What energizes you at work?

A comfortable workplace and work that doesn’t make me stumble but I can actually do.

What’s the best advice you were even given? Who was it from?

A teacher told me once: “just try it”, and it helps me everyday.

What do you do at Relevant Online?

You can come to me with any questions regarding Data engineering and JavaScript frameworks.

What energizes you at work?

Being surrounded by great colleagues, and of course, the good coffee. 

What’s your most-used productivity hack? 

Plan my day ahead of time. 

What do you do at Relevant Online?

As a Data Engineer I build ETL pipelines which aim at preprocessing large batches of data. Having background in Data Science I also create some Machine Learning models.

What energizes you at work?

A cup of great coffee and visible effects of my work.

Talking a walk after solving one problem for too long.

I set up analytics tools and pipelines to make sure that the data we collect is accurate, relevant and ready for analysis.

Having an issue, looking for help, find a working solution. Repeat!
