Team Lead Data Analytics
Based in or around Utrecht| 32 to 40 hours | € 4.000 – € 5.500
We’re looking for a Team Lead Tracking & Analytics to lead and develop our growing team (6+ team members) while staying deeply involved in client delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, solving complex problems, and building a team that consistently delivers excellent work. You’ll be responsible for coaching team members, shaping how your team operates, and ensuring we’re growing our capabilities in an evolving analytics landscape. You’ll work across a variety of clients and projects, requiring the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, moving between planning team development, solving client challenges, and staying current with your own client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Optimize your team performance in terms of capacity, delivery quality and client satisfaction
- Coaching of team members both for happiness and development
- Growth of team: in size, process and practice
- Keep involved in the field of Tracking & Analytics by managing your own clients
- Shape how your team works: lead regular syncs, drive brainstorms, and champion practices that scale knowledge and reduce friction.
- The role demands ownership, clear communication, and a proactive mindset
- You identify gaps before they become problems, propose solutions, and build the path toward success for both your team and our clients.
- Collaboration, strong feedback skills, and genuine investment in your team's growth are essential to thriving in this position.

- You have 3+ years experience in an agency setting with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- You have worked with Google Cloud Platform and project management tools.
- You are genuinely invested in your team's growth and your own, seeking feedback and acting on it.
