Who has influenced you the most when it comes to how you approach your work?
Since we started Relevant Online Wout has been an extremely valuable sparring partner. We both have different strengths and he always manages to inspire and motivate me.

A whole bit of everything with a focus on data (strategy).
What’s a work-related accomplishment that you’re really proud of?
The growth that we have made with Relevant Online the past couple of years.
What do you do at Relevant Online and in what circumstances would I come to you for something?
My goal is to make tricky data stuff easier for everyone to get. I use my knack for strategy, coming up with new solutions, and adapting on the fly to help our teams and clients get more value from Data & Analytics. I am also big into personal leadership.
What’s your biggest work pet peeve (=irritation)?
Being stuck in traffic on my way home.
Who has influenced you the most when it comes to how you approach your work (and why)?
The POM-podcast. In the podcast many ways-of-working, optimizations and useful tech is discussed.
What do you do at Relevant Online and in what circumstances would I come to you for something?
I am responsible for office and operations, which means I make sure everyone has everything they need to have a nice work day. But I also help with the operations around projects and clients, make sure that everything runs smoothly.
What energizes you at work?
Making fun of each other when we have lunch or friday afternoon drinks ;)

No fresh air.

Full stack web development, when something doesn’t work on the website or it needs to be improved.

Take a short walk outside in the middle of the day.

I implement solutions like server-side tagging and set up dataflows between websites, Google Tag Manager, and cloud platforms. I know a tiny bit of everything, with a primary focus/interest on Cloud and networking.
What’s your most-used productivity hack?
I like to read up on network vulnerabilities and famous hack attempts in-between tasks. (It’s inspiring in a weird way).
Who has influenced you the most when it comes to how you approach your work (and why)?
My colleagues at Relevant Online: I started working here as an intern and in the span of several months I learned a lot from them and they helped me grow on both a professional and personal level, involving me in different aspects of their projects.
What do you do at Relevant Online and in what circumstances would I come to you for something?
You can come to me with any questions regarding many components related to web development such as JavaScript frameworks, error debugging and databases.
What energizes you at work?
The music I haven’t ever heard of before and a lot of tea.

Concentrate on little tasks or chores and have a little break in-between.

I am a Data engineer, and any stuff related to Python, SQL, Git or Data Science in general, I might be able to help you with!

Irresponsibility and being late.

Web tracking setup, tagging optimization, data preparation, data visualization, and cloud solutions implementation are what I usually do at RO.

Notion: Write everything that is in my head, organize and focus on each task at a time.

I am building Machine Learning (ML) and ETL pipelines, and I can assist you in case any questions about statistics or ML pop up.
What energizes you at work?
New challenges and my supportive team.
Who has influenced you the most when it comes to how you approach your work?
My family, because they gave me an opportunity to learn a lot of things that I do now.
What do you do at Relevant Online?
Web tracking and tagging solutions using Google Tag Manager and Google Tools aiming to identify insights and meet customer needs. Also have experience and deep knowledge in data science, statistics, mathematics and coding.
What energizes you at work?
Listening to music and eating lots of snacks.
Who has influenced you the most when it comes to how you approach your work (and why)?
My father. He taught me to create value in my projects and never be afraid to showcase my work.
What do you do at Relevant Online?
I am currently an intern here at Relevant Online. While I am here I will be working on a Proof of Concept for a Dataflow project. So I will mostly be working with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, pub-sub, etcetera.
What energizes you at work?
When I finally find a solution for a problem that I have been stuck on for a while. That gives me a big motivational boost.
What’s your biggest work pet peeve (=irritation)?
People who complain about other people that are not working while they are not doing anything themselves either.
What do you do at Relevant Online and in what circumstances would I come to you for something?
I am Data Engineer who works on setting up ETL pipelines to provide insights on web tracking data utilizing primarily BigQuery and other GCP services. I mainly use Python and SQL in my everyday coding and Terraform to set up all the resources that I need. I have a broad knowledge on computer science in general, so if you have a question related to it, I may have an idea about it!
What energizes you at work?
I enjoy coding a lot! So a day full of coding is a day that I will be fully energized to tackle any challenge that may come up.
What do you do at Relevant Online?
I am a data engineer at RO and I help clients with anything related to Python and scripting.
What energizes you at work?
Efficiently fixing problems which would help clients with efficiency in their company.
What’s the worst job you’ve ever had, and what did you learn from it?
My worst job was a job where I prepared a church for different events and parties. It had terrible hours, but decent pay. There I learned the importance of job happiness, ever since I’ve paid more attention to the balance between the kind of work I do and the money I get paid to do it.
What do you do at Relevant Online?
For the moment I am intern in this company. I will be working mostly with both Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, tracking and tagging websites and solving any problem it could be.
What energizes you at work?
Nice co-workers that make days pass fast by sharing some laughs and good times.
Who has influenced you the most when it comes to how you approach your work?
As cliché as it might sound it is my parents. Their approach to work has always been to perform 200% without fogetting being kind and nice to others. Do what you are responsible of and treat everyone kindly.

At Relevant Online, I’m an intern working on various projects and gaining experience in software development. You would come to me if you have any non-technical questions or need assistance with general inquiries. I’m also available for regular check-ins to discuss my progress and receive feedback on my development.
What energizes you at work?
Working with others in a supportive and dynamic team environment keeps me motivated.
What’s your biggest work pet peeve?
Unclear communication. When instructions or feedback are vague, it can lead to confusion, mistakes, and wasted time. I prefer when expectations are clearly laid out, so everyone is on the same page and can move forward efficiently.

Working in a supermarket. I learned to be kind to customers.

As a Data Engineer, I strive to help you prepare your data for analytical and operational uses by gathering it from different sources and organizing it. And as a full-stack web developer, you can also come to me with any questions regarding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and Django.

Taking a walk outside and refreshing my mind before it’s overloaded.

I set up analytics tools and pipelines to make sure that the data we collect is accurate, relevant and ready for analysis.

I doa all kind of tasks related to marketing, finance and office management.

My parents, they are very organised and hard-working people, they teached me indirectly how to be self-motivated and work efficiently.
